Also we need your support for the wider religious social and medical activities of our Convents to help the disadvantaged of all ages irrespective of race or creed.

This can be done by making a donation to our General Fund or to the Specific Projects for the current year 2007.
PROJECTS FOR 2007
1.Nursery School Irundu Uganda

 

The children at the new nursery school at Irundu in Uganda come from very poor families. Few can pay for the school fees, food, or uniforms.

We need money to pay their teachers, buy their uniforms and give them a meal of maize each day - the only food they get in most cases. We also need to pay for new classrooms which are under construction.

 

2. St Joan's Ja-Eia Sri Lanka. Modernisation project

 
  The old people's home at Ja-EIa is being refurbished to provide better facilities for the residents
  
 
3. St Benidict's School of Nursing.

We have opened a school of nursing at Adaiyur (in India) and will need to pay for the running costs
 

4. The General Fund required to support all the other activities described above.
